The LumenClean New Year Contest (“Contest”) is intended for residents and businesses located in Pike County and Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and is governed by U.S. law. Participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and LumenClean’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to legal residents and businesses of Pike County and Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

2. Individual participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3. Employees of LumenClean and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Limit one entry per person or business.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on December 9, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2024. The winner will be announced on New Year’s Day (January 1, 2025) on the LumenClean Facebook page.

How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Like the LumenClean Facebook page.

2. Follow the LumenClean Facebook page.

3. Share the official Contest post on their Facebook timeline (ensure the post is set to Public so the entry can be verified).

4. Participate in the skill-based component by telling us your funniest cleaning joke, sharing an entertaining cleaning story, or sharing your favorite cleaning hack in the comments.

Failure to complete all steps will result in disqualification.

Skill-Based Judging Criteria

Entries for the skill-based component will be judged by a panel of LumenClean representatives based on the following criteria:

1. Creativity (25%)

2. Relevance to the topic (25%)

3. Originality (25%)

4. Humor (25%)

The participant whose entry receives the highest score will be selected as the winner. In the event of a tie, the entry submitted first will win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a gift certificate for a 2-hour cleaning service, provided by LumenClean, valued at approximately $100.

• The service must be scheduled within 60 days of the prize announcement.

• The cleaning service is limited to locations within Pike County and Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Winner Notification

The winner will be announced on the LumenClean Facebook page on New Year’s Day (January 1, 2025). LumenClean will also contact the winner via Facebook Messenger. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

1. By entering, participants agree to allow LumenClean to use their name, submitted entry, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

2. LumenClean reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or demonstrates inappropriate conduct.

3. LumenClean is not responsible for technical failures or errors that may result in lost or incomplete entries.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LumenClean, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
